The role

At Grupo CRIT Interim, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join a consolidated company in the Granollers area, specializing in the supply and sale of products for professionals.

What you'll do

Attend to and advise customers in person, offering a close service oriented towards customer satisfaction.
Manage customer orders using administrative management tools and ERP.
Perform the management and control of delivery notes, documentation, and order tracking.
Process orders to suppliers and coordinate product procurement.
Manage payments via POS and perform related administrative tasks.
Use the GESFACIL program and Microsoft Office tools for document management and administrative organization.

How you'll work

Full-time with a split working day (morning and afternoon shifts):
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 16:30 h.
Friday: 07:00 to 15:00 h.
