Requirements

What we're looking for

* Intermediate/higher training in commercial administration

* 2 years performing generalist administrative tasks, experience in customer service and commercial administrative management.

* B2 English Level

* Intermediate user of Office and SAP

* Communication skills

* Diplomacy and attention to detail.

* Teamwork, organizational capacity, problem-solving, and goal orientation.

* Full-time, from 8h to 16h and 10h to 19h (with 1 hour for lunch), on rotating weeks

The role

We are looking for you from our Alicante office. If you have experience in Customer Service, managing their needs according to company procedures, in coordination with other areas, in order to achieve excellence in service, this could be your opportunity.

What you'll do

* Credit note management: verifying customer returns in

accordance with the established commercial policy. Management of administrative credit notes in the system (verification of credit note information and processing)

* Telephone customer service (claims, orders, requests, incidents, quotes…)

* Incident resolution in coordination with other departments (open mail, order entry, logistics, commercial, RCSE).

* Support to sales delegates in commercial management with customers. Coordination in the shipment of materials.

* Collaborate in the launch, development, and promotion of new products.

* CRM (SalesForce) management of incidents, resolution with the customer, and follow-up. Registration of incidents (cases) for continuous improvement.

* Preparation and sending of reports required by customers
