What you'll do

  • Preventive maintenance

Carry out periodic inspections of the plant's general facilities, following the established maintenance plans.

Check the proper operation of electrical systems, lighting, air conditioning, compressed air, industrial doors, water networks, sanitation, ventilation systems, heating, welding equipment, auxiliary equipment, and other infrastructure elements.

Perform scheduled tasks such as greasing, technical cleaning, adjustments, replacement of worn parts, and minor repairs.

Inspect the condition of electrical panels, outlets, lighting fixtures, conduits, mechanisms, and auxiliary components, always within the scope of their skills and training.

Monitor and verify the good condition of safety elements in the facilities, such as railings, guards, signage, access points, doors, stairs, walkways, and emergency equipment.

  • Corrective maintenance

Respond to breakdown alerts or incidents in general facilities, assessing urgency and acting according to priority.

Repair or replace damaged, deteriorated, or out-of-service items, such as lighting fixtures, locks, doors, mechanisms, faucets, plumbing components, small structures, supports, or auxiliary parts.

Perform basic interventions on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or building systems, provided they fall within their training and authorization.

Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper signage in areas where maintenance work is carried out.

Ensure that all interventions leave the facilities in a safe and usable condition.
