Finance CRM Analyst

• Education: Degree or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration and Management, or similar.
• Experience of between 1 and 3 years in Finance, Management Control (Controlling), FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Business Analytics, or similar positions.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Fluent English level. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement.
• Analytical, proactive profile oriented toward problem-solving, with attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with different areas of the organization.
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally in the fields of finance and digital transformation.

• Contract duration: Temporary (6 months with the possibility of extending it 6+6 months)
• Work modality: Hybrid, combining on-site work and teleworking.
• Working hours: Full-time.
• Gross annual salary: €29,158.50 + meal allowance + teleworking allowance.

MARLEX needs to recruit, for a world leader manufacturing medical equipment and healthcare technology, a Finance CRM Analyst, to support the Finance team in Madrid.

They will be responsible for supporting financial forecasting (forecasting), reporting, and process digitalization activities, collaborating with the finance manager and with different Finance teams and business areas. Their mission will be to contribute to the improvement and automation of Gross Profit (Gross Profit) forecasting processes, PRF and Cash Flow analysis, as well as the development of tools that allow for improved efficiency, data quality, and the accuracy of financial forecasts.

• Provide support in monthly forecasting and financial reporting activities.
• Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of Gross Profit (Gross Profit) forecasting processes, including the standardization and alignment of methodologies.
• Develop analysis and reporting tools to identify and monitor the main factors impacting Gross Profit (GP) and Global Product Cost (GPC).
• Analyze margin evolution and contribute to improving the accuracy of financial forecasts.
• Collaborate in the improvement and automation of cash forecasting (Cash Forecasting) processes, using direct and indirect methods.
• Perform the monthly upload, maintenance, and improvement of forecasting and reporting tools.
• Provide support in ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and operational matters related to the Finance area.
• Participate in financial digitalization initiatives and process improvement through data analysis and automation tools.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and business areas to optimize financial processes and improve information quality.
