What you'll get

Base salary: €11.70 gross/hour (assistant category).
Indicative examples:
- 160 daytime hours: €1,872 gross/month.
- 180 daytime hours: €2,106 gross/month.
The minimum night shift premium for 2026 is added, of €15.30 gross per full 8-hour night, or the corresponding proportional part.
- 160 entirely night hours: approx. €2,178 gross/month.
- 180 entirely night hours: approx. €2,450.25 gross/month.
Amounts are indicative and may vary depending on the nights actually worked and applicable supplements.

At Marlex Les Franqueses, we are collaborating with a leading company in the chemical sector, located in Les Franqueses del Vallès, which is looking to hire Production Line Operators with full availability and immediate start.

What you'll do
You will be part of a production team and your main functions will be:
- Working on the production line alongside the rest of the team.
- Verifying the product, performing packing tasks, and preparing orders.
- Handling containers and placing them on pallets, without requiring great physical effort.
- Strapping the pallets for subsequent collection by forklift drivers.
- Maintaining the order and cleanliness of your work area.
- Following established quality, safety, and production procedures.
How you'll work
- Morning: 06:00 to 14:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00
- Night: 22:00 to 06:00
- Morning weekend: two days during the week + Saturday and Sunday from 06:00 to 18:00 h.
- Night weekend: two days during the week + Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 06:00 h.
During your stage with Marlex, shifts will be communicated weekly (every Thursday). Whenever possible, you will be able to request preferences one week in advance.
Once you are hired directly by the company, you will move to an automatic monthly rotation that will allow you to have greater foresight and stability.
