The role

We are looking for a Roller Change Operator for a major company dedicated to the manufacture of structural tubes and metal products in Murcia.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for performing the change, assembly, adjustment, and basic maintenance of the rollers or forming molds on the production line, ensuring that manufacturing is carried out with the profile or molding specified in the production order and collaborating with the machine operator in the tasks necessary for the correct functioning of the line.

Perform the change of the rollers or forming molds depending on the type of tube to be manufactured.
Handle and transport the rollers using an overhead crane, ensuring a safe maneuver during assembly and disassembly operations.
Verify that the installed rollers correspond to the profile and dimensions required according to the manufacturing order.
Collaborate and provide support to the machine operator during manufacturing changes, line adjustments, and other operations necessary to maintain the continuity of the production process.
Comply with safety regulations during changeover operations and load handling, correctly using the overhead crane and personal protective equipment.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
