What we're looking for

2-3 years of previous experience in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, simple formulas, and VLOOKUP).
Agility in the use of computer tools and data management.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Working day: Monday to Thursday from 7:45 h to 16:30 h and Friday from 6:45 h to 15:00 h.

Remuneration: €28,031.59 gross per year in 12 payments.

The role

At Marlex People, we are looking for you! We collaborate with a major company in the metal sector that needs to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Purchasing department in Martorelles. What you'll do

Entry and management of order lines in the computer system.
Entry, registration, and control of delivery notes in the system, ensuring that the information is correctly updated.
Support in the administrative management of the Purchasing department.
Occasional order claims and follow-up of incidents with suppliers.
Downloading tables, cross-referencing data, and information management using Excel.
