Split shift from Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 14:00h and from 17:00h to 20:00h.

The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a management and advisory firm located in Colmenar Viejo, specializing in comprehensive advice to companies and individuals in tax, accounting, labor, and administrative matters.

They are currently looking for a Tax and Accounting Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a position with a high technical and autonomous component, especially oriented towards the tax management of clients, within a close and stable working environment, currently formed by a small team of professionals with extensive experience in the sector.

What you'll do

You will be part of the advisory team, being responsible for the tax and accounting management and advice of a client portfolio, providing autonomy and technical criteria in the resolution of the different situations that may arise on a day-to-day basis.

Your main mission will be to guarantee the correct fulfillment of the tax and accounting obligations of clients, offering quality advice and responding to situations of greater complexity, such as inspections, wealth operations, or asset transfers.

Tax management and advice for a client portfolio, including both companies and individuals.
Preparation, review, and filing of the main tax obligations.
Management and monitoring of tax returns and compliance with established deadlines.
Preparation and review of income tax returns, including situations of greater complexity.
Advice on operations with tax implications, such as wealth, purchase and sale of goods or shares, and other wealth operations.
Handling and management of requirements and inspections from the Tax Agency, analyzing each situation and determining the necessary actions.
Management of client accounting and monitoring of its correct maintenance.
Review and control of the accounting information necessary for correct tax compliance.
Resolution of tax and accounting inquiries and incidents for clients.
Direct advice to the client and regular contact for the resolution of doubts and issues related to their tax and accounting situation.
Coordination with the rest of the management firm's team to guarantee comprehensive client management.
Management of administrative procedures related to vehicles, including vehicle transfers.
