Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Technician training and/or University Degree, preferably in Administration and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting departments.

Knowledge in financial solvency analysis, credit management, collection monitoring, and delinquency control.

Good command of office tools, especially Excel and Word.

Capacity for planning, organization, and rigorous work management.

Communication skills and the ability to manage incidents and resolve conflicts.

Analytical, decisive, and organized profile with attention to detail.

Residence in Vallès Occidental or surrounding areas.

What you'll get

Direct hiring by the company through an indefinite contract, including a probationary period.

Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 18:00 h, with one hour for lunch, and Friday from 8:30 to 13:30 h.

Salary compensation between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience and value added.

The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the Administration and Finance department, your main responsibilities will be:

Analyze and evaluate the financial solvency of current and potential customers.

Establish, review, and control customer credit limits based on the risk assumed.

Supervise the customer portfolio and monitor outstanding and overdue balances.

Manage incidents related to invoicing, payments, and debt claims.

Perform amicable collection actions and coordinate, when necessary, management with external agencies or legal services.

Prepare periodic reports on customer risk, aging of balances, delinquency, and portfolio evolution.

Identify potential non-payment risks and propose preventive and corrective measures.

Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance departments to ensure proper credit and customer collection management.

Keep customer financial and documentary information up to date.

Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and applicable regulations.

Collaborate on other tasks specific to the Administration and Finance department.
