The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with a leading company in the meat sector, located in Campdevànol, which is currently in a growth process and seeks to incorporate a Quality Supervisor to work directly in the defrosting room and guarantee compliance with quality and food safety standards.

What you'll do

The tasks to be developed are the following:

• Supervise and guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards within the defrosting room.

• Perform monitoring of production processes and detect possible deviations or incidents.

• Verify compliance with internal quality procedures and protocols.

• Perform controls and inspections at the plant, ensuring compliance with established specifications.

• Identification of incidents, proposal of corrective measures, and follow-up.

• Supervision of good handling practices and personal hygiene.

• Collaborate with different departments to guarantee compliance with quality requirements.

• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding food safety, hygiene, and quality.

How you'll work

The selected person will join the company directly, in a stable position with professional projection, within the morning shift, from 06:00 to 14:00h.

We Offer

• Training related to Quality, Food Safety, Food Industry, Food Technology, or similar.

• Previous experience in similar functions

• Experience in production plants within the food industry will be especially valued

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations or protocols

• Responsible, organized, rigorous person with observation skills

• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in the face of possible incidents

• Availability to work in an intensive morning shift

• Residence around Campdevànol or availability to commute there.
