What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals to cover different territories in the province of Barcelona, working on-site in tobacconists in the following areas:

Zone 1: Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallès, and Rubí.
Zone 2: Badalona, Vilassar, and Premià de Mar.
Zone 3: Sabadell and Barberà del Vallès.
Zone 4: Cerdanyola del Vallès, Badalona, and Vilassar.
Zone 5: Sitges, Castelldefels, Gavà, El Prat de Llobregat, and Sant Boi de Llobregat.

Each professional will be assigned a territory, with travel between different tobacconists in the area.

It is essential to have a driver's license and your own vehicle to carry out professional travel.

Minimum education of Bachillerato, CFGM, or equivalent.
Experience in sales, customer service, prospecting, or commercial promotion.
Spanish C1 or higher.
Valid legal authorization to work in Spain.
B driver's license and own vehicle.
Availability to travel daily between different establishments in the assigned area.
Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, five days per week and two days off, in split or intensive shifts.
Initiative, communication skills, and goal orientation.

Nice to have

Experience in retail, promotions, direct sales, commercial prospecting, and working with KPIs will be valued, as well as knowledge of English and Microsoft Office.

From Marlex People, we are selecting Commercial Promoters to join a major multinational in the tobacco and smoke-free alternatives sector directly.

We are looking for people with initiative, commercial skills, and the motivation to develop their professional career in a stable project, with attractive conditions and growth opportunities.

What you'll do

You will develop prospecting, advisory, and consultative selling activities aimed at adult consumers in the assigned points of sale.

Proactively prospect and approach customers in the tobacconists.
Identify their needs and present products clearly and responsibly.
Work to achieve individual commercial objectives.
Build customer loyalty and offer personalized service.
Maintain collaborative relationships with the managers of the establishments.
Monitor results and commercial indicators.
Organize your activity and travel within the assigned territory.

Hiring process

We are carrying out an urgent selection process, with an in-person Assessment Center scheduled for November 4th in Barcelona.
