The role

We are looking for an SMD / SMT Production Technician to join an industrial sector company specialized in the design, manufacture, and commercialization of electronic solutions, with a clear commitment to innovation and technological development.

The person will join the Barcelona team and will be responsible for the management and operation of a small SMD production line, oriented mainly towards the manufacture of prototypes and pre-series.

What you'll do

Manage the SMD/SMT production line, ensuring its correct operation and daily activity.
In-house manufacture of A, B prototypes and pre-series.
Manage the purchase of the electronic components and consumables necessary for prototype manufacturing.
Manage and keep organized the component warehouse used in manufacturing.
Prepare reports on the manufactured prototypes, identifying and documenting incidents detected on the SMD line at a process level.
Perform and manage the daily preventive maintenance of the SMD line.
Detect possible incidents or deviations during the manufacturing process and collaborate in their resolution.
Ensure the correct operation, maintenance, and availability of the equipment and materials necessary for production.
