Operations and Production Technician

At Randstad, we are selecting an Operations and Production Technician to join directly and on a permanent basis at an innovative company in a full expansion phase located in Viladecans. We are looking for a technical and proactive profile to work closely with Management to coordinate workflows, manufacturing control, and process optimization, progressively assuming greater responsibilities in the operations area.

Provide support in the coordination of machinery manufacturing and assembly.

Organize the workflows and daily processes of the production workshop.

Monitor delivery deadlines and manage production operational incidents.

Collaborate in the management of purchasing, procurement, stock control, and component logistics.

Participate actively in the implementation of continuous improvements in processes and internal organization.

Provide technical support in the industrialization of new projects and special machinery.

In order to assess your application in this selection process, you must meet the following requirements:

Academic background: Official qualification of a Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS) in Maintenance and Production Services, or another related technical qualification in the industrial field.

Professional experience: At least 2 years of prior experience in technical support, workshop coordination, production management, or similar positions.

Skills and knowledge: High organizational capacity, rigor in time control, proficiency in interpreting manufacturing processes, and good communication skills.

Availability: No travel availability required. Residence in Viladecans or nearby towns in the province of Barcelona.
