We are looking for an Automation and Technical Service (SAT) Technician

Technical department - Industrial automation company - Greater Bilbao

If you like getting things up and running, solving issues on-site, and not stopping until the machine works, this position is for you.

What you'll do

Program, assemble, commission, and maintain industrial installations and machinery, combining programming work with on-site presence. Join a versatile technical team that provides full support to the client, from electrical development to final maintenance.

  • Programming and modification of Siemens PLCs (S7, TIA Portal, LOGO)
  • Development and modification of electrical schematics
  • Assembly, installation, and commissioning of automation cells and industrial machinery
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance, resolving issues independently
  • Travel to industrial sites in Bilbao and surrounding areas

How you'll work

  • Mon-Thu: 8:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:30 - Fri: 8:00-14:00
  • Stable contract
  • Salary: To be discussed based on experience
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Real technical development within a specialized team

  • Experience in commissioning and field work
  • Intermediate English level
  • Experience at an integrator, installer, or automation company is a plus

  • Able to work independently at client sites

  • Availability for occasional travel
