Requirements

What we're looking for

-University degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related degrees in people and organizational management.

-Specific training in equality of at least 100 hours.

-Between 3 and 5 years of experience in equality consultancy and the comprehensive development of equality plans.

-Solid knowledge of current equality legislation, especially Organic Law 3/2007 and regulations regarding equality plans and pay equity.

-Proficiency in Basque.

-An organized, autonomous, and rigorous person with a customer orientation and the ability to work in a team.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

-Joining a consultancy with a close and practical approach.

-Full-time, with an annual working year of 1,675 hours.

-Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 17:30, and on Fridays from 8:00 to 14:30.

The role

At Marlex Bilbao, we are looking to recruit an Equality Technician for a consultancy specializing in entrepreneurship, advisory, equality, and training, which accompanies companies and entities in the development of equality policies. What you'll do

-Comprehensive development of equality plans, from the initial diagnosis to their design, implementation, and monitoring.

-Analysis of the situation of organizations regarding equality between women and men.

-Technical advisory to industrial companies and third-sector entities.

-Interpretation and application of current equality regulations.

-Identification of organizational needs and proposal of improvement measures.

-Monitoring of implemented measures and evaluation of results.

-Coordination with the specialized team and reporting to the area manager.

How you'll work

-Location in Bilbao, with a primarily on-site work modality and some occasional flexibility.
