Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (FP) at Middle or Higher Grade in Electricity, Electronics, Electronic Maintenance, Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in electrical/electronic maintenance and repair.
Practical knowledge of electricity and electronics.
Experience in fault diagnosis and component replacement.
Knowledge of electronic soldering and repair of wiring and connectors.
Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work autonomously.
A methodical, resourceful person accustomed to teamwork.

Nice to have

Experience in repair workshops or technical assistance services (SAT).
Experience in maintenance of audiovisual lighting and sound equipment.
Knowledge of LED systems.
Experience in audiovisual production, events, or shows.

The role

Electronic Technician - Internal Technical Service (Audiovisual)

At Marlex, we are looking for technical talent.

We are collaborating with a company specialized in audiovisual production, technology, and event organization for major brands, which is looking to hire an Electrical-Electronic Technician for its audiovisual area workshop.

We are looking for a practical and resourceful person, with experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, who enjoys diagnosing faults and working directly with technical components and systems to carry out the internal technical service, taking care of and meticulously maintaining the machinery and devices of the audiovisual department.

What you'll do

Organization and maintenance of the technical workshop, ensuring order and the availability of equipment and materials.
Diagnosis of faults and repair of audiovisual equipment, especially lighting and sound.
Preventive maintenance of equipment.
Repair, replacement, and assembly of electronic components.
Assembly, inspection, and repair of wiring, connectors, and electrical/electronic connections.
Performing electronic soldering work.
Installation, maintenance, and repair of LED systems.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
Stock control of materials, spare parts, and components, managing entries and exits.
Planning and prioritization of repairs according to Production needs.
Coordination with external technical services (SAT) to manage repairs, quotes, and the acquisition of spare parts.
Continuous communication with the Production department to guarantee equipment availability.

How you'll work

Permanent contract

Your activity will take place mainly in the workshop, combining repairs, maintenance, and material control. You will work in direct coordination with Production, so it will be important to organize tasks and prioritize repairs according to the needs of each project.

There will be planned work and other interventions requiring a quick response to ensure that equipment is ready on time. We are looking for someone with the autonomy to diagnose problems, propose solutions, and take responsibility for their work.
