The role

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a major company in the food sector located in La Roca del Vallès, which needs to hire a Quality Verifier to join its team.

We are looking for a responsible, meticulous person with attention to detail, committed to guaranteeing product quality and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

What you'll do

Monitor and verify Control Points (CP) and Critical Control Points (CCP).
Monitor compliance with Good Hygiene and Handling Practices.
Perform inspections of good practices, cleaning, and infrastructure.
Perform temperature monitoring and control.
Monitor the receipt and dispatch of goods.
Verify physical barriers intended for pest control.
Check the correct labeling of products.
Perform controls and verifications of the production process.
Verify the correct functioning of weighing equipment.
Manage internal non-conformities detected during controls.
Record and monitor internal non-conformities.
Verify the records associated with the production process.
Review and control the records related to Control Points (CP) and Critical Control Points (CCP).

Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
