Education: FPM / CFGM / CFGS in Mechanical Maintenance, Machining Manufacturing, Metallurgy, or equivalent technical training (valued).
Experience: Demonstrable minimum in quality control and inspection of parts in the metalworking sector.
Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, autonomy in plant decision-making, and technical communication.
Requirement: Driver's license and own vehicle to access the workplace.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract: Permanent (position of great job stability).
Salary: From 27,000
to 31,000
gross annual (depending on experience and merit), regulated by the Metal Collective Agreement.
Working day: Full-time with scheduled plant checks (06:00, 10:00, 13:00, and 16:00 h) and flexibility for shift verification.
Location: Piera.

The role

At Randstad, we are selecting an Industrial Quality Verification Technician to join a prominent production company specializing in metal transformation (laser cutting, folding, riveting, and welding).

If you have experience in plant quality inspection and incident management and are looking for a position with great job stability, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Floating control and plant monitoring through continuous verifications in the different sections (laser, folding, riveting, and welding).
Verification and quality inspection of manufactured material.
Comprehensive management of Non-Conformities (NC): Identification, registration, analysis, and follow-up until resolution and delivery to the client.
Direct technical attention and communication with clients for incident resolution.
Fluid coordination with production and plant managers.
