Final Product Quality Verifier

• You have previous experience in product quality control or verification, preferably in industrial environments.
• Experience in the cosmetic, perfumery, packaging, or similar sectors will be especially valued.
• You have experience in non-conformity management and are capable of analyzing incidents and making decisions autonomously.
• You are a dynamic, proactive person with character, capable of defending the company's quality criteria before different interlocutors.
• You have the ability to work towards objectives, organize yourself autonomously, and adapt to different work environments.
• You are an observant and meticulous person, with special attention to detail.
• You have availability to perform regular travel between Girona and Barcelona.
• English level will be valuable, especially for incident management and liaison with international clients.

• Joining a consolidated company with direct hiring.

• Possibility to combine on-site work with teleworking depending on activity and verification periods.
• Travel mainly within the Barcelona and Girona areas, with compensation for kilometers traveled according to the agreement.
• Standard working day from 9:00 to 17:00, with some flexibility depending on the needs of the different centers.

At Paul Marlex, we collaborate with a renowned industrial company in the perfumery sector, based in the province of Girona. Currently, the company works with different logistics centers and partner companies distributed mainly between the Girona and Barcelona areas, where different processes for the handling and conditioning of the final product are carried out.

• Final product verification: perform physical and visual inspections of the product before shipment, ensuring it meets established quality standards.
• Packaging and presentation control: verify the condition of boxes, stacks, pallets, and packaging, as well as the correct preparation of the product for dispatch.
• Quantity and coding control: check quantities, references, lots, and other necessary coding to guarantee the correct identification of the product.
• Functional controls: perform tests on the product when necessary, verifying, for example, the correct functioning of sprays, closures, applicators, or other packaging elements.
• Sampling inspection: open selected units according to established criteria and check their appearance, finishes, functionality, and general condition.
• Non-conformity management: identify, analyze, and follow up on detected incidents, participating in their resolution and proposing necessary actions.
• Liaison with partner centers and suppliers: maintain fluid communication with handling companies and other interlocutors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Report preparation: record the verifications carried out, document incidents, and prepare quality reports, both for internal use and, when necessary, to share with clients.
• Client follow-up: provide support in the management of incidents and quality requirements, acting as a company representative in certain situations.
• Coordinated work with Quality: during periods of lower launch activity, provide support in other department tasks, such as incoming product verifications, investigations, in-line controls, or laboratory tasks.
