Key Account Management Internship

MARSH's training project aims to ensure that the external academic internships carried out by students at the company allow them to apply the knowledge acquired in their training and the acquisition of professional competencies.

The main objective of these is the integration of students into the professional environment through the development of supervised practical activities that allow for the development of technical and transversal competencies.

We are looking for a talented student to develop a training program by joining the Consumer Motor team at the Barcelona office.

You will be involved in the following tasks, under the supervision of your tutor:

• Support the learning of the commercial methodology and the main processes of the area, becoming familiar with the tools and work dynamics of the team;
• Collaborate in the preparation of commercial presentations and market studies, participating in support and analysis tasks under supervision;
• Participate in the review of documentation associated with commercial proposals, renewals, policies, and risk conditions, with the aim of understanding their structure and content;
• Provide support in tasks related to the internal organization and monitoring of the client portfolio, always from a training perspective and under supervision;
• Collaborate on transversal projects with other departments of the Company, acquiring a global vision of the internal functioning of the organization;
• Support the internal coordination between different areas and business lines, developing communication skills and an understanding of internal circuits.

• Currently studying Law, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Possibility of signing an internship agreement.
• Intermediate level of English and Catalan: B2.
• Proficiency in the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Have initiative and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to prioritize activities while handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and different company teams.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
