Client Relationship Management Analyst

We are looking for a talented individual to join Marsh, as part of the Claims area, with a permanent contract, focused on customer service and technical support regarding insurance. This position will be located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

· Manage claims from different insurance lines, especially Civil Liability, Property Damage, Life, Accident, and fleets, with special dedication to Public Administration and corporate clients.

· Handle communication with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and lawyers.

· Prepare loss reports.

· Analysis of coverages, conditions, and contractual aspects.

· Participation in the preparation and review of documentation (reports, communications, writings, summaries, and presentations)

· Dynamic and proactive profile

· Ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple tasks at once, and meet deadlines.

· Ability to learn the use of company-specific tools

· Interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

· Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and orientation toward teamwork.
