From Business Consulting, specifically from the Talent & Organizational Transformation (T&OT) area, at NTT DATA we are looking for an intern profile to collaborate on Consulting and Transformation projects in HR.

The T&OT team currently has more than 100 professionals whose goal is to help organizations through their change processes, supporting them from an organizational and people perspective. To do this, it has an extensive value proposition on topics such as training, change management, employee experience design, HR process redefinition, competency development, the adoption of new ways and tools of working, cultural and behavioral transformation, or the promotion of agility within organizations, among others.

What will your role be? You will work on an online Digital Competencies training project based on the DigComp model. Your duties will be the following:

What you'll do

  • Collaborate in creating the tutoring model.
  • Collaborate in creating the reporting model.
  • Participate in monitoring the training sessions according to the program's criteria.
  • Generate deliverables, documents, and project monitoring materials.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the monitoring dashboard for the program facilitator.
  • Perform operational tasks for standardizing and industrializing knowledge.
