Senior UX/UI Lead

At Massimo Dutti, we are looking to hire a UX/UI Lead to lead the evolution of our clients' digital experience and contribute to the development of an innovative, intuitive digital ecosystem aligned with the brand's premium positioning.

What will your mission be?

To drive a UX-first vision, leading the user experience and interface strategy for our digital products and ensuring coherent, relevant, and distinctive experiences throughout the entire customer journey.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Lead UX/UI projects from start to finish, from conceptualization to launch.

• Design and optimize user-centered omnichannel digital experiences.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business teams to turn insights into valuable solutions.

• Drive the evolution of Design Systems and digital experience standards.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through UX Research, User Testing, A/B Testing, and CRO.

• Balance user needs, business objectives, and brand identity to create intuitive and memorable experiences.

Impulsar una visión UX-first, liderando la estrategia de experiencia de usuario e interfaz de nuestros productos digitales y asegurando experiencias coherentes, relevantes y diferenciales a lo largo de todo el customer journey.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Liderar proyectos de UX/UI de principio a fin, desde la conceptualización hasta su lanzamiento.

• Diseñar y optimizar experiencias digitales omnicanal centradas en el usuario.

• Colaborar con equipos de Producto, Tecnología, Marketing y Negocio para transformar insights en soluciones de valor.

• Impulsar la evolución de Design Systems y estándares de experiencia digital.

• Promover una cultura de mejora continua a través de UX Research, User Testing, A/B Testing y CRO.

• Equilibrar las necesidades del usuario, los objetivos de negocio y la identidad de marca para crear experiencias intuitivas y memorables.
