We are looking for a Senior UX Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join a technological project linked to the field of cyberdefense, working on solutions that require special attention to user experience, digital identity, and communication.

The position combines a side clearly oriented towards UX and design with responsibilities related to the communication and dissemination of technological solutions. The selected person will have a relevant role in defining the user experience, participating in the design of views, navigation flows, and design systems, taking into account complex requirements specific to cybersecurity and defense environments.

Additionally, they will participate in the definition and execution of communication, digital identity, and content strategies, working across different channels and platforms such as web, social media, presentations, and graphic materials.

Their responsibilities will also include the planning, execution, and monitoring of dissemination activities, coordinating with different project teams and business areas to maintain coherent communication aligned with the developed solutions.

The position requires the ability to operate in a complex technological environment, understand the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies, work in a coordinated manner with technical profiles, and prepare documentation and reports that allow for the monitoring and evaluation of the actions developed.

What you'll do

The position combines two aspects that should be kept clearly differentiated during the search. On one hand, UX and design, leading the user experience, design of views, navigation flows, and design systems for cyberdefense solutions. On the other, communication and dissemination, defining and executing communication strategies, digital identity, content, and dissemination.

It also includes planning and monitoring of dissemination activities; coordination with project teams and business units; content management for web, social media, presentations, graphic material, and corporate elements; and the preparation of reports and documentation to evaluate results.

How you'll work

Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) – Arroyo workplace.

Modality: Hybrid, with 60% remote work and 40% on-site.

Additionally, on-site presence at the Retamares base in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) may be required.
