We are currently looking for a Store Manager, located in C.C. Xanadú, Arroyomolinos-Madrid.

What you'll do

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Establish action plans to achieve the set objectives.
Select profiles according to the needs of the store.
Train the store team, both in sales techniques and daily methodology.
Optimization of schedules, vacations, and reinforcements.
Plan, implement, and maintain the visual, optimizing the store's stock.
Manage inventory, stock monitoring, weekly orders, and garment transfers between stores.
