Job description

Shift managers are needed for McDonald's restaurants under a franchise agreement, in the Barcelona area.

Responsibilities include ensuring that the team staff correctly perform their tasks, and also:

Using basic interpersonal skills for communication, follow-up, and interaction with employees.
