Requirements

What we're looking for

Schedule availability for full-time (40h).
Availability to combine split and continuous shifts.
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
You have a good command of languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English (other languages will be valued).
You have a high capacity for adaptation, leadership, and decision-making.
You have training in the gastronomic sector.
You have the capacity for teamwork and a high capacity for communication.

The role

We are looking for a RESTAURANT MAITRE for our team in Barcelona

What you'll do

Customer service and advice, achieving excellence in service while taking into account internal standards and procedures.
Plan and organize the floor areas, taking into account the needs of the restaurant.
Develop, control, and manage the restaurant's set of tables.
Ensure the highest level of quality.
Lead the team together with the Restaurant Manager.
