The role

At McDonald's we are looking for Managers with leadership skills, organisational ability and the drive to keep growing professionally.

Your mission will be to ensure the smooth running of the assigned shift - opening, mid or closing - guaranteeing our standards of quality, service, cleanliness and food safety, and leading the team to make every shift run as smoothly as possible.

What you'll do

As a Manager, you will be a key figure during the shift and you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the smooth running of the assigned shift.
Leading, coordinating and motivating the team.
Guaranteeing our standards of quality, service, cleanliness and food safety.
Ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
Contributing to an excellent experience for our customers.
Taking part in the management and development of the restaurant's people.
