As part of the Sales team, you will create an excellent customer experience in the store. Your tasks include:

• Advising customers and accompanying them before, during, and after the sale - with passion, customer orientation, and competence
• Actively selling our products, accessories, and related services
• Conveying your passion for our products and solutions to our customers and showing them all the possibilities they offer. Inspiring new ideas.
• Interacting proactively with customers and resolving their inquiries.
• Providing support in the presentation and maintenance of the "point of sale"
• Creating an attractive shopping environment

As part of the Customer Service and Cashier team, your main tasks will be the following:

• Perform all activities related to the cash desk and customer service following the defined policies, systems, and procedures.
• Customer service, with a friendly attitude and resolving all those issues that the customer may raise
• Act with rigorous compliance with the established procedures in any area, especially in cash management and security

As part of the Warehouse team, you will guarantee the predefined availability of products in the sales area and thus ensure the best customer experience. Your tasks include:

• Guarantee the smooth receipt of goods and organize service-oriented outgoing goods.
• Replenish and maintain shelves, trays, and containers according to the specified concept
• Execute the in-store picking process
• Provide support with returns
• Perform logistical processes efficiently and smoothly in coordination with the manager.
• Guarantee cleanliness and order at the point of sale.
