Job Purpose:
Ensure the cleanliness, order, and perfect presentation of rooms and apartments, providing guests with a welcoming and comfortable environment to achieve a unique experience.   

What you'll do

What will you have to do?

  • Perform daily cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of rooms and apartments, complying with the hotel's quality standards.  
  • Change bed linen and towels, replenish amenities, and verify that rooms are fully equipped for guests.  
  • Carry out periodic inspections of rooms to detect any possible defects and report them to the Housekeeping Manager.  
  • Follow established procedures for managing lost and found items and ensure guest privacy and security.  
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to keep storage areas organized and ensure the availability of materials and supplies.  
  • Ensure compliance with the hygiene, sustainability, and safety protocols established by the company.
