Position mission: As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants in your area or time slot, contributing to the hotel's success through service excellence and customer satisfaction.

What will you have to do?

1. Control and ensure the daily and monthly inventory procedures for tableware, glassware, cutlery and decorative items.
2. Supervise and ensure compliance with EISI reporting procedures and the general monitoring of the department.
3. Manage preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of the bar department machinery.
4. Manage the cost assigned to the department, ensuring compliance with revenue objectives and promoting growth and up-selling.
5. Facilitate the updating and status of menus, spirit menus, wine lists and department promotions.
6. Supervise performance testing of the different machines and equipment, ensuring their correct operation.

What are we looking for?

• Education and training: Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
• Languages: Advanced level of English. 
• Specific knowledge: Knowledge of the latest service trends, proficiency in REVO and POS systems, and advanced command of the Office suite. Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Skills and qualities: Teamwork ability, service orientation, quality and professionalism, global and strategic vision, communication and influence. Creativity and innovation.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the sector.

Misión del puesto: Como Restaurant Supervisor, serás responsable de supervisar y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los restaurantes en tu área o franja horaria, contribuyendo al éxito del hotel mediante la excelencia en el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

1. Controlar y asegurar los procedimientos de inventarios diarios y mensuales de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería y elementos decorativos.
2. Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de reporte de EISI y el seguimiento general del departamento.
3. Gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo y la limpieza profunda de la maquinaria del departamento de bares.
4. Administrar el costo asignado al departamento, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ingresos y promoviendo el up-selling.
5. Facilitar la actualización y el estado de los menús, cartas de licores, cartas de vinos y promociones del departamento.
6. Supervisar las pruebas de rendimiento de las diferentes máquinas y equipos, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Educación y formación: Turismo, Hostelería o similar.
• Idiomas: Nivel avanzado de inglés. 
• Conocimientos específicos: Conocimiento de las últimas tendencias en sala, manejo de REVO y TPV, y dominio avanzado del paquete Office. Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
• Habilidades y cualidades: Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, orientación al servicio, calidad y profesionalidad, visión global y estratégica, comunicación e influencia. Creatividad e innovación.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en una posición similar en el sector.
