What will you need to do?
- Strategy and operation: Implement F&B strategy and standards in restaurants, bars, Lounge, and MICE, adapting them to the hotel's needs and supervising their correct execution.
- Economic results: Participate in budget preparation, control income and expenses, analyze the P&L, monitor KPIs, and apply corrective measures to guarantee profitability.
- Investments and suppliers: Detect equipment and investment needs, manage requests, and ensure compliance with the corporate strategy for suppliers and products.
- Marketing: Implement F&B marketing campaigns and actions, adapting them to the hotel and proposing local initiatives.
- People: Participate in the selection, development, and evaluation of the team; manage sizing and staffing; drive training, communication, climate, and well-being within the department.
- Safety and prevention: Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, internal procedures, and responsibilities established in the self-protection plan.
- Food safety: Ensure the implementation of food safety regulations and the monitoring of HACCP audits and their action plans.
- Sustainability: Promote local products, healthy eating, waste reduction, and correct waste management.
- Customer experience: Guarantee compliance with brand standards, supervise the customer experience, manage incidents, and work on Voice of the Customer results.

What are we looking for?
