Handles any customer complaint by phone, taking ownership of the reported situation and escalating it to the Manager when necessary.

In interactions with guests, always promotes the services available at the hotel.

Identifies a guest's preferences and reports them to the GSL Manager for validation and entry into the system.

Manages individual chats with customers, providing efficient responses in each situation.

Takes Room Service orders using the corresponding tool.

Manages reservation requests for restaurants, spa, and other hotel outlets.
