What we're looking for
- Education in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in new build residential developments.
- Knowledge of certification management and cost control.
- Driving license and availability to travel to the construction site.

The role

Established construction company with active new build projects in Bizkaia, seeking a Site Manager to lead residential development executions.
What you'll do
- Overall direction and coordination of the construction site (execution, deadlines, quality, and safety).
- Management of subcontractors and industrial suppliers (structure, enclosures, installations, finishes).
- Control of certifications and economic monitoring of the project.
- Liaison with the technical management, the client, and the health and safety coordinator.
- Planning and schedule control (Gantt/MS Project).
- Quality supervision and regulatory compliance (CTE, PGOU).
