🎯The role

We are looking for a Store Manager for our store located at Carrer Progrés 14 de L'Hospitalet de Llobregat- Zona Collblanc (Barcelona), for 40 hours per week on a split shift in the morning and afternoon.

You will be the reference person for the team and the point of sale, ensuring excellence in the customer experience and the achievement of commercial objectives, with the support of your Area Manager.

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and develop the team: selection, onboarding, sales training, and performance monitoring.

• Drive results through the analysis and monitoring of KPIs (conversion, average ticket, UPT, shrinkage).

• Guarantee operational excellence: openings/closings, cash register (reconciliations and closings), replenishment, order, and cleanliness.

• Ensure the correct application of Merkal's customer service policy.

• Supervise the implementation of visual merchandising aligned with the brand's criteria.

• Ensure compliance with the administrative and management procedures of the point of sale.

• Schedule: 40 hours per week.

• Schedule: split shift from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 (the store closes at midday). Holidays on Wednesdays and Sundays.

• Contract: permanent.

• Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
