Active Directory Technical Lead / Senior Architect

• Minimum Experience: 8 years of demonstrable professional experience in technical leadership and architecture roles, with a specific focus on Active Directory.
• Complex Environments: Extensive experience working with multi-forest and multi-domain Active Directory environments, including high-complexity scenarios.
• Microsoft Entra ID: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect), including its configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Hybrid Identity: Solid experience in the design, implementation, and management of hybrid identity architectures, integrating on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Automation: Advanced level of PowerShell scripting for the automation of administrative tasks, deployments, and monitoring of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents in active directory environments.
• Transformation Projects: Significant experience in the execution of Active Directory infrastructure transformation and migration projects, demonstrating success in change management.

• Knowledge of other authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with password management solutions (self-service password reset).
• Familiarity with Active Directory monitoring and auditing tools.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure AD certifications).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Project Leadership: Lead and supervise key migration, consolidation, and transformation projects for Active Directory domains, ensuring successful delivery within the established scope, budget, and timelines.
• Hybrid Architecture: Design and implement robust and secure architectures that integrate on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), optimizing identity management in hybrid environments.
• Security and Compliance: Oversee and strengthen security measures, platform hardening, and guarantee compliance with applicable internal and external regulations and policies.
• Advanced Technical Support: Act as the ultimate technical escalation level to resolve complex incidents related to Active Directory and digital identity.
• Risk Management and Continuity: Proactively manage risks inherent to the platform, ensuring capacity, high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate closely and coordinate initiatives with other key teams, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security, Workplace, and Cloud, to ensure a coherent identity strategy.
• Definition of Standards: Establish and maintain standards, operating procedures, and best practices for the management, maintenance, and evolution of the Active Directory platform.
• Mentoring and Development: Guide and mentor junior and senior technical profiles within the team, fostering their professional growth and knowledge transfer.
• Participation in Committees: Represent the technical team in architecture committees, design reviews, and strategic meetings with clients, providing an expert perspective.
