• Experience in systems with high load or data volume

I am working with a technology company in Barcelona that has developed a sports video analysis platform, used by top-tier international sports clubs and federations to analyze performance, decision-making, and real-time data.

This is an environment with its own proprietary product, where software, data, and architecture are completely integrated, and where the team is at a key moment of technical evolution.

We are looking for a Senior.NET Developer with strong technical capacity and architectural vision to join a growing team.

It is a clearly hands-on role, where you will continue developing on a day-to-day basis, but you will also have a key role as the technical lead for a team of 6 developers, influencing:

• architectural decisions

• best practices and code quality

• technical evolution of the product

You will work on an ecosystem of interconnected applications (web, desktop, and mobile), with real challenges in:

• scalability

• technical debt

• technological migrations

• system integration

• Developing functionalities in critical business applications

• Acting as the technical lead for a team of 6 developers

• Leading the architectural evolution towards microservices

• Participating in technological migrations (.NET 8 → more recent versions)

• Driving best practices, code quality, and technical standards

• Designing robust and scalable solutions

• Collaborating with the team and providing insight in key decisions
