• Minimum Experience: 2 to 4 years of demonstrable experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration and support.
• Operating Systems: Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Key Technologies: Experience in managing GPOs, DNS, and protocols such as LDAP.
• Cloud Environment: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and its integration with Active Directory.

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Administrator to join our team at Metrica Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and support of our Active Directory platform, actively participating in "Business As Usual" (BAU) activities, incident resolution, and the execution of changes following established procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining the security, availability, and efficiency of our identity and access services, especially within critical environments such as those in the banking sector.

• Active Directory Administration: Comprehensive management of users, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Ensuring correct configuration and compliance with established policies.
• Domain Controller Management: Maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization of domain controllers to guarantee high availability and service resilience.
• Incident Resolution: Diagnosis and solution of problems related to authentication, Domain Name System (DNS), and Active Directory replication. Minimizing downtime and business impact.
• Execution of Changes: Implementation of standard changes and execution of operational tasks according to defined procedures, ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Environment Monitoring: Proactive supervision of the health and performance of the Active Directory environment, identifying and addressing potential issues before they affect users or operations.
• Microsoft Entra Connect Support: Collaboration in the administration and support of synchronization between local Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Hardening and Compliance: Execution of security hardening procedures and verification of compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
• Documentation: Maintenance and updating of operational documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
