Metrica is looking for a SAFe Agile Practitioner with 100% English proficiency to join our team in a completely remote position.

About the Project: We are pleased to announce the joining of a cutting-edge project in the field of Public Administrations: the development and implementation of the digital euro. You will join a team of specialists who have just started this exciting project. Although the end client is Spanish, the daily working language and primary communication will be conducted in English, which requires absolute mastery of the language.

Your Role as a SAFe Agile Practitioner: We are looking for a professional with a solid track record and demonstrable experience in the application of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework. You will be a key piece in the facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement of agile teams within the project. Your experience will span the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to maintenance, ensuring the delivery of value in an efficient and effective manner.

• Facilitate and guide the adoption and application of SAFe principles and practices.
• Coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to optimize their agile performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Program Increments (PI).
• Identify and remove impediments affecting agile teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align agile strategy with business objectives.
• Ensure the correct implementation of roles and events defined in SAFe.
• Actively participate in the management of the full project lifecycle, including ideation, design, planning, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively in English with all team members and international stakeholders.

Modality and Schedule: This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the possibility to work from anywhere. The working schedule is 43 hours per week during winter and is reduced to 35 hours per week in summer.
