Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience implementing and promoting Lean & Agile practices in organizations.
Experience in software project management and knowledge of the digital product development lifecycle.
Fluency working with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating conversations with technical, product, and business profiles.
Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, scaling frameworks, change management, coaching, and agile metrics.
Advanced use of Jira and the ability to exploit data and build visualizations; experience with Power BI and Power Automate will be valued.

Nice to have

Certifications related to the role, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban, Professional Agile Leadership, or coaching, or equivalents. Knowledge of SAFe and Management 3.0 will be valued.

We are looking for someone to drive a digital service and product transformation plan, supporting teams, leaders, and business areas in new ways of collaborating, prioritizing, and delivering value.

It is an opportunity to go beyond the implementation of frameworks: you will have an active role in team evolution, data-driven decision-making, and the coordination of large-scale initiatives.

What you'll do

Support technology, product, and business teams in the adoption of Lean & Agile practices adapted to their context.
Facilitate working sessions and promote effective collaboration between teams and the involved areas.
Help define and evolve product and initiative roadmaps, connecting priorities, delivery capacity, and business objectives.
Use team, flow, and product metrics to detect improvement opportunities and guide decisions.
Evaluate team maturity, design improvement plans, and train different profiles in agile practices.
Drive communities of practice, visual management, and continuous improvement habits.
In large-scale initiatives, design coordination and scaling models, paying special attention to dependencies, risks, and delivery governance.
