• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical environments related to connectivity, IoT, or infrastructure.

• Experience working with connected devices and technical incident resolution.

We are looking for a Connectivity Expert to join the Smart Machines team, responsible for the digital and connectivity experience of Nespresso's connected coffee machines. The position is oriented towards technical profiles with experience in connectivity, IoT devices, and operational support for connected products, working transversally with development, quality, markets, and after-sales support teams.

The selected person will participate in the management and resolution of connectivity incidents, the deployment of new functionalities and firmware versions, technical validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of connected products in international environments.

Responsibilities

Operations and Incident Resolution

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to onboarding, pairing, and communication of connected devices.
• Investigate technical incidents reported by support teams, customer care, and markets.
• Act as a technical reference for connectivity problems in production.

Deployment and Market Support

• Support in the deployment of new versions of mobile applications, firmware, and connectivity functionalities.
• Management of tickets, technical inquiries, and escalations from international markets.
• Follow-up and technical support for local teams.

Documentation and Knowledge Base

• Preparation and maintenance of technical and troubleshooting guides.
• Updating technical content for support tools and AI chatbots.
• Generation of functional and technical documentation for internal teams.

Technical Collaboration

• Collaborate with mobile and firmware development teams on connectivity incidents and improvements.
• Participate in reviews of technical solutions and new use cases.
• Support the Business Analyst in the definition and documentation of requirements.

Quality and Testing

• Participate in the definition of connectivity testing strategies.
• Execution and support of functional and acceptance testing.
• Validation of functionalities related to connected devices.

Data and Monitoring

• Support in the validation of connectivity KPIs and metrics.
• Collaboration with data teams on dashboards and monitoring.
