Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Consultant

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience, demonstrating a successful track record in the management and improvement of programs.
• Financial Environments: Relevant experience in the financial sector, understanding its particularities and regulatory challenges.
• Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including operating systems (Windows, Linux), networks, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Regulatory Frameworks: Deep knowledge and experience applying regulatory frameworks such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and ISO 22301.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead analyses, plans, and recovery exercises.
• Communication and Coordination: Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, and proven experience in the effective coordination of multiple business and technology areas.

As a Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Consultant, you will be a key piece in safeguarding our clients' operations against any eventuality. Your expertise will be fundamental to the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust strategies that ensure the continuity of critical activities and rapid recovery following incidents.

• Business Continuity Framework Management: You will be responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of the organization's Business Continuity framework, ensuring its alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices.
• Impact and Risk Analysis: You will lead the periodic performance and updating of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments, identifying critical points and vulnerabilities.
• Plan Development and Coordination: You will define, review, and coordinate the implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), ensuring their viability and effectiveness.
• Execution of Tests and Drills: You will organize and execute continuity and disaster recovery tests and drills, evaluating plan performance and team preparedness.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: You will act as a focal point, coordinating actions and strategies with various key areas such as business, technology, risk, and information security, guaranteeing a cohesive approach.
• Reporting and Metrics: You will prepare detailed monitoring reports and performance metrics for senior management, providing visibility into the state of organizational resilience.
