Deloitte is looking for professionals with experience and interest in developing their career in CMR Business Operations Consulting at the Barcelona office.

We provide services to a wide range of clients, including the Consumer, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors, who benefit from our strategic advisory services. In this team, we work on projects related to transforming operating and organizational models, transforming commercial and digital customer relationship models, financial optimization, and change management, always in the context of addressing our clients' major transformational challenges.

You will participate in projects such as:

• Operational transformation
• Defining operating and organizational models
• Efficiency and productivity plans, transformation offices, etc.
• Contact Center models
• Defining shared services centers
• Business process reengineering
• Finance function transformation
• Commercial transformation
• Defining and supporting digital and commercial transformation
• Customer management models
• Designing omnichannel models
• Commercial strategy
• New channels and revenue streams
• Project management offices

Your role as a Consultant would be:

• Leading workstreams within projects
• Conceptualizing solutions to business problems
• Conducting analyses and delivering project outputs
• Preparing project meetings with the team to share and validate results with the client
• Collaborating on business development proposals
• Contributing to the growth of the Business Operations Strategy & Operations Consulting practice.

We are looking for:

• Preferred education: Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or Economics
• We will positively value candidates with a Master's degree and/or postgraduate studies
• 2-5 years of experience in business consulting and/or transformation, financial optimization, and digital transformation projects
