What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in DevOps environments and the ability to operate within complex systems:

Between 3 and 5 years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker.
Solid experience with Helm.
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins and GitLab, or other continuous integration and deployment platforms.
Good command of Linux.
Knowledge of infrastructure automation, distributed architectures, containers, and orchestration.
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
A mindset oriented toward security and risk mitigation.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

The role

At Expleo we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a strategic project within the Defense sector, working on the evolution and operation of high-criticality technological platforms. You will be part of a demanding technical environment, where automation, availability, security, and system reliability are fundamental. You will work with cloud-native technologies and collaborate closely with development and security teams.📍 Location: Alcobendas / Arroyo de la Vega (Madrid)🏠 Modality: 60% remote work

What you'll do

Design, deploy, and maintain robust and highly available infrastructures.
Evolve and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Administer and operate platforms based on Kubernetes and Docker.
Automate deployments and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
Manage and evolve deployments using Helm.
Collaborate with development and security teams to guarantee the stability, scalability, and compliance of the platforms.
Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of technological environments.

How you'll work

24 working days of vacation.
Off on December 24th and 31st.
Additional days based on seniority:
- 25 days after 3 years.
- 26 days after 8 years.
