Service Delivery Manager Reporting (Power BI - Microstrategy)

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in service management, project delivery, or operations management roles in analytics and reporting environments.
• Solid and demonstrable experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, especially Power BI and Microstrategy.
• Knowledge of data management tools and analytical platforms such as SAS, Denodo, and concepts related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in the definition and monitoring of operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage demand, prioritize tasks, and supervise the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for an experienced SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER with solid knowledge in data visualization and management tools such as Power BI and Microstrategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supervision and optimization of Analytics and Reporting services, working in close collaboration with an outsourced service team in charge of the administration of the technological platforms.

This role is crucial to ensure that our data analysis operations meet the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and compliance. The SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER will act as a fundamental bridge between technical teams and business needs, ensuring that data solutions drive value and growth for our clients.

• Definition, Measurement, and Supervision of KPIs and SLAs: Establish, monitor, and report operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee excellence in the delivery of analytics and reporting services.
• License Management: Ensure the correct management and optimization of technological tool licensing (including Power BI, Microstrategy, SAS, and other relevant platforms) to maximize value and control costs.
• Platform Modeling and Maintenance: Supervise and ensure the correct modeling and maintenance of data platform assets, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Compliance with Standards: Rigorously ensure compliance with operation, security, control, and audit standards for information systems, guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of the data.
• Evaluation and Coordination of Improvements: Continuously evaluate existing technologies and processes, coordinating and implementing technological and service improvements to optimize efficiency and responsiveness.
• Demand Management and Project Execution: Lead the demand management for analytics and reporting services, as well as coordinate and supervise the execution of projects within the data domain, from conception to delivery.
• Key Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact between specialized technical teams (including those with experience in SAS, Denodo, and AI) and business users, translating business needs into effective technical solutions and communicating their value.
• Outsourced Team Supervision: Manage the relationship and performance of the outsourced service team in charge of the operational administration of the analytics and reporting platforms.
