🧠What are we looking for?

• University degree (Engineering, Mathematics, or similar)

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles (Service Delivery, platform management, etc.)

• Experience with tools such as:

• MicroStrategy

• SAS

• Denodo

• Power BI

• Informatica PowerCenter

• Result orientation and proactivity

• Communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Problem-solving profile, adaptable to complex environments

• Knowledge of data architecture

• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Agile...)

• Experience in the banking or financial sector

• English level B2 or higher

🚀 What will you do on a daily basis?

• Lead the operation of platforms such asSAS, MicroStrategy, Denodo, Power BI, or Data Management and AI tools

• Coordinate external teams in charge of systems administration

• Ensure the stability, performance, and capacity of the platforms

• Define and monitorKPIs, SLAs, and capacity planning

• Guarantee compliance with security, audit, and IT governance regulations

• Manage licenses and technological assets

• Drive technological improvements alongside strategic partners

• Lead demand management and projects within the domain

• Act as a bridge between business and technology

• Prepare reporting on initiatives and project evolution

• 📍 Location: Sabadell or Alicante (2 days in office)
