What we're looking for

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in the field of cybersecurity, with a practical and hands-on focus on the implementation and administration of security solutions.
Cloud Experience: Solid practical experience in the configuration and management of security services in at least one of the main cloud platforms: Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of APIs and Scripting: Proficiency in handling REST APIs and JSON format for system integration. Solid scripting capability using languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash for task automation.
Security Platforms: Experience in the implementation and configuration of security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), identity and access management (IAM), endpoint security, application security, etc.
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capacity, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents in production environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and non-technical users, as well as with clients.

Nice to have

Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.) or in cloud platforms (Azure Security Engineer, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, etc.).
Experience with orchestration and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience in DevSecOps environments.

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation Technician with solid experience and deep technical knowledge to join our team at Metrica Spain. You will be a key piece in the implementation and integration of advanced cybersecurity solutions for our enterprise clients, playing a fundamental role in transformation projects and the adoption of new technologies. You will work closely with cloud security platforms, SaaS, data, artificial intelligence, secrets management, and continuous security validation, in dynamic collaboration with clients, vendors, architects, and project managers.

What you'll do

Installation and Configuration: Deploy, install, configure, and put into production various cybersecurity platforms, ensuring their optimal operation and alignment with client requirements.
Solutions Integration: Integrate security solutions with cloud environments (Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud) and existing corporate systems, efficiently using REST APIs and JSON formats to guarantee smooth and secure communication.
Automation: Develop and apply scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate repetitive deployment, configuration, and support tasks, improving efficiency and reducing the possibility of human error.
Lifecycle Management: Execute data migration processes, software and version updates, as well as user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the correct implementation and functionality of the solutions.
Incident Resolution: Diagnose, resolve, and document technical incidents that arise during the implementation and initial operation phases of the solutions, providing high-level support.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including installation and configuration guides, user manuals, and operating procedures.
Collaboration and Advisory: Actively participate in workshops and meetings with clients to understand their specific needs, defining robust security configurations aligned with industry best practices.
Validation and Compliance: Collaborate in the validation of configuration security and ensure compliance with applicable security policies and regulations.
