The role

We are looking for a professional as Logistics Customer Service (FSD Support) to join the Distribution Center team in Leganés. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:

Your mission will be; you will efficiently manage customer service and communication in the resolution of incidents and problems related to the FSD (Delivery) service.

What you'll do

Your main functions:

You will be responsible for support in tasks such as: order invoicing, coordination of delivery priorities, and order management.
You will manage the relationship with customers regarding the onboarding of new sign-ups or the resolution of incidents related to transport.
You will support cash register activities to guarantee correct invoicing, cash balancing, and the opening and closing of registers.

At organizational level:

You will report to the FSD (Delivery) Supervisor.
You will not have a team under your supervision.

How you'll work

Please keep in mind that you will work in rotating morning/afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, one week from 7:00 to 15:20h and one week from 13:00 to 21:20h. Saturdays from 08:30 to 16:50h.
