Commercial Support Agent (Back Office)

Would you like to be part of a leading company in the private security sector? We are looking for a Sales Support Agent (Back Office) to join the Movistar Prosegur Alarmas team, providing support to commercial activity and contributing to the monitoring and optimization of sales results.

The position requires an organized person, oriented towards results and with experience in telephone customer service and management, capable of working with commercial objectives and performing detailed monitoring of sales activity.

• Present and manage the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Sales visit appointment
• Schedule appointments for the technical team.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Manage commercial campaigns.
• Perform monitoring and control of sales agents' conversions.
• Analyze which sales result in installation and which do not, performing the corresponding control and monitoring.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial area.

• Minimum academic training: High School Diploma, Vocational Training (FP II), or equivalent.
• Essential to have at least 1 year of demonstrable experience as a telephone management and processing agent.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Active listening capacity.
• Proactive person with the ability to work in a team.
• Experience working with monthly sales objectives.
• Practical knowledge of IT tools, CRM, and telephone systems.
• Clear results orientation.
