Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales floor sections or in similar positions in the food and/or non-food sector, as well as experience in team management.
- Experience in organizing layout changes, campaigns, inventories, and stock control.
- Knowledge of office software tools.

The role
We are looking for an Afternoon Shift Manager to join our team at Makro Barberà del Vallès. Below, we tell you all the details of the role.
Your mission: you will ensure excellence in the management of the section, optimizing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your duties:
- You will manage orders, receiving, and storage of products.
- You will ensure quality, control of expiry dates and rotation of displayed products.
- You will train and develop your team, passing on your knowledge about products.
- You will implement commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- You will analyze the results of the section and propose improvements.
How you'll work
Please note that this is an afternoon shift from Monday to Saturday, as well as Sundays and public holidays when open, from 2:20 PM to 9:00 PM.
At an organizational level
- You will report to the Sales and Operations Manager and the Commercial Manager.
- Coordination of the night shift team without direct hierarchical dependency.
